  • 1/2 cup gluten-free mellow white miso
  • 8 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 scallion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish root
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.

  3. Combine a bit of hot water from the pot into the mixture, whisking until no clumps remain.
