  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Add green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if desired). Transfer cooked beef to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles as desired.
