  • 1 pound elbow macaroni or ditalini pasta
  • 15 ounces Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute (or less if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • Salt/Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water. Drain and cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, garlic salt, apple cider vinegar, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the chopped eggs and diced vegetables into the dressing before adding the cooled pasta. Mix well until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
