  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot until tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and return to pot.
