  • 1 pound ground beef sausage
  • 4 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cans (7.5 ounces each) refrigerator biscuits
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
