  • 2/3 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow-tie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, chop the turkey and slice the green onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and optional sugar until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey, celery, cranberries, pecans, and green onions.
