  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 large lemon, cut into wedges
  • 12 ounces turkey sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
  • 11½ lbs jumbo shrimp
  • 46 ears sweet corn on the cob
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large stockpot over medium-high heat, combine water and beef broth (if using). Bring to a boil and add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, onion, and lemon wedges. Boil for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add turkey sausage and baby potatoes; cook for another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Gently add snow crab clusters, shrimp, and corn. Ensure they are submerged; boil for an additional 5–7 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Simmer until well combined.
  5. Serve the seafood boil on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Pour garlic butter sauce over everything and toss gently.
