  • 1 cup (120 ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (200 g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your bundt or loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture alternating with milk.
