  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chai spices.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread before slicing.
