  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium red onion

  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimientos
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)

  1. Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
