2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
3/4 cup milk
6 large eggs
1/2 cup cooked Turkey Bacon, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined.
In another bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble in a skillet until soft. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll out biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place filling in the center of each circle, fold over, and seal edges.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
