  • 5 cucumber slices
  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning or oregano (to taste)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for chicken)

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes).
