  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  3. In another bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and bananas until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips that have been dusted with flour to prevent sinking.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and place thin banana slices on top. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
