  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar; mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas.
  4. For the swirl, mix melted butter, sugars, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
