  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon alternative to Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, alternative to Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until just mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared pan.
  4. For the glaze, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard; spread half on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes; add remaining glaze and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
