  • 2 tsp Italian Herb Blend
  • to taste Sea Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 oz Bow Tie Pasta
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken stock, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add bow tie pasta; reduce heat to medium-low and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in ricotta cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese and let melt slightly before serving.
