  • ½ cup dried cranberries or sweetened fresh cranberries

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in cranberries and chives.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across it. Tightly roll into a log shape.
  3. Slice the rolled pastry into approximately 16 even rounds.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pinwheels cut-side up on the sheet.
