  • 11 ounces spicy chicken sausage
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
