  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Lemon juice (optional)
