  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (9-11 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned chicken strips until golden brown (6-8 minutes per side). Remove and keep warm.
