  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 cups single cream
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp flaky salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 7 oz ramen noodles
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Bean sprouts
  • Scallions
  • Chili oil

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken breasts in flour. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook until golden brown (5-6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 2 minutes. Stir in smoked paprika, dried oregano, and red chili flakes.
  3. Pour in chicken stock while scraping up any bits from the bottom. Return chicken to the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and stir in single cream, grated parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, flaky salt, and sugar. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain well before adding to the creamy broth.
  6. Serve bowls topped with shredded chicken, bean sprouts, fresh cilantro, scallions, and a drizzle of chili oil.
