  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • Béchamel sauce made from butter, flour, and milk or broth
  • Lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the béchamel sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour until it forms a roux, then gradually adding milk or broth until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer béchamel sauce, lasagna noodles, half of the spinach, and half of the cheeses. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to achieve a golden top.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
