  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry each wonton wrapper for about 20-30 seconds per side until crispy.
  5. Assemble the tacos by filling each wonton wrapper with cooked chicken and topping it with coleslaw mixture. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
