  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the seasoned chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Cut refrigerated biscuits into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle them over the mixture.
  6. Cover again and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour until the biscuits are cooked through.
