  • 1.52 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed and cut into 2–3" pieces)
  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place halved potatoes in a large crock pot. Season with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add the stick of butter on top of the seasoned potatoes.
  3. Layer trimmed green beans and diced onion over the potatoes, then sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
  4. Top with sliced turkey sausage.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once each hour.
  6. Taste before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
