  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond extract (or to taste)
  • 2 cups plus 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9-inch round pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Melt butter in the microwave and let it cool slightly before adding eggs and extracts; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir gently; then fold in 2 cups of blueberries.
