  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook ditalini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with diced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.
