  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying
