  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (for Blueberry Lemon)
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries (lightly crushed) (for Strawberry Delight)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (for Strawberry Delight)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (for Strawberry Delight)
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract (for Strawberry Delight)
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried apples or chopped dried apples (for Apple Cinnamon)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (for Apple Cinnamon)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or finely chopped pecans (for Raisin Pecan Spice)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and ground flax or chia seeds. Add any desired spices.
  2. Mix in peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
