  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with water, salt, and sugar until combined; bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until it forms a smooth dough ball.
  3. Allow the dough to cool slightly before mixing in eggs one at a time until smooth and slightly sticky.

  5. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C) and fry crullers for three minutes on each side until golden brown.
