  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 large egg yolks

Instructions

  2. Add cold cubed butter and blend until pea-sized pieces form. Mix in the egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Chill the dough for at least an hour after wrapping it in plastic wrap.
