  • 1 1/4 cup Long Grain Rice (uncooked)
  • 14.5 oz can of Beef Broth
  • 10.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
  • 1 stick of Butter (cold)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the uncooked rice evenly in an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the rice, followed by the French onion soup.
  4. Slice cold butter into pats and layer evenly over the mixture.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and continue baking for another 25 minutes.
