  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice flank steak into strips, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and toss with minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
