  • 1 tablespoon plant-based butter
  • 50 grams walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • A pinch of vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash, peel, and halve the pears, removing their cores.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan, melt the plant-based butter over medium heat.
  4. Arrange the pear halves cut-side down in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Mix honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
