  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • special occasion  sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and buttering the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk while stirring until heated (do not boil).
  3. Add white chocolate chips to the pan and stir until fully melted.
  4. Mix in brown sugar, spices, molasses, and vanilla extract; continue stirring until well combined (about 10 minutes).
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with festive sprinkles before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
