  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) lemon juice
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) coffee-flavored syrup
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) gingerbread syrup (or more, to taste)
  • 12 ounces (24 tablespoons) heavy cream
  • Cinnamon and sugar mixture for rimming the glass
  • Mini gingerbread cookies
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Gingerbread Syrup: In a saucepan, combine water, honey (or maple syrup), molasses, fresh ginger slices, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain out solids and let cool.
  2. Mix Your Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add lemon juice, coffee-flavored syrup, gingerbread syrup, and heavy cream. Shake well until mixed.
