  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • Warm pita bread, cut into triangles
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Kalamata olives
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, mint, or dill) for garnish

Instructions
