  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsps white cooking apple vinegar
  • 4 cups organic vegetable stock/broth
  • 1 cup organic heavy cream (or coconut cream for vegan)
  • 12 cups freshly-grated sharp cheddar cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup kale, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and cubing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a slow cooker, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed potatoes, seasoning blend, smoked paprika, vinegar, and vegetable stock; stir to combine.
