  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain any excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes and add them as well.
  5. Drain the mandarin oranges and add to the mixture.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi; add those chunks next.
  7. Peel and slice the bananas; incorporate them into the bowl.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over all the fruits and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  9. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  10. Transfer your colorful fruit mixture into plastic cups or containers for serving.
