  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Verbena Syrup
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Sparkling Apple Cider
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Soda Water
  • Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the lemon verbena syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with lemon verbena leaves for about 5 minutes. Cool and strain out the leaves.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the prepared syrup, fresh lemon juice, and torn lemon verbena leaves.
  3. Shake for about 10 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with sparkling apple cider and soda water, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh lemon verbena.
