  • 1 cup Lucky Charms vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or substitute)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in vegetable oil until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder before gradually mixing into the wet ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in Lucky Charms marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles if using.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, placing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set; allow cooling on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
