  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for glaze)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cream together unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
