  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons juice and 1 teaspoon zest)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white beans, fresh herbs, roasted red peppers, shallot, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
