  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme until just mixed.
  3. Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture and lightly press down.
