  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 16.9-ounce bag mini M&Ms (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips and one cup of mini M&Ms.
  6. Scoop out teaspoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in remaining M&Ms before placing on the baking sheet.
