  • 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
  • 5 cups Lower-Sodium Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1 1/22 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Roast poblano peppers until charred, then peel, seed, and chop.
