  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (bulk or links)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage until browned and crumbly; drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined.
  4. Fold in half of the maple syrup and some cooked turkey sausage into the batter.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish, layer with remaining sausage, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with additional maple syrup.
