  • 1 1/4 teaspoons (4g) unflavored powdered vegan gelatin
  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla bean

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, sprinkle the vegan gelatin over cold water or milk and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. Heat gently until just boiling to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed vegan gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  5. Serve chilled with your choice of toppings.
