  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or sage)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese at the bottom.
  3. 3. Infuse heavy cream with butter, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and garlic base over low heat until warm. Stir in most of the grated parmesan.
  4. 4. Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline slicer and layer them in the baking dish diagonally.
  5. 5. Pour the infused cream mixture over the layered potatoes and cover with greased aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Bake for 45 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
