  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in softened butter and eggs until combined.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
